"When the user types a paragraph, the browser handles the word wrap. Striking the enter key for each line of text in the source code keeps the text on the text editor screen, but does not cause a new line on the web page. The paragraph tag causes a blank line to appear on the web page prior to the paragraph. In this source code, the paragraph tag is causing a blank line between the paragraph and the heading (this tag does not cause a blank line after this paragraph). In oder to have a blank line after this paragraph, the next web page element (text, link, image, etc..) must be within a pair of paragraph tags.
